Case studies
The problem, what we built, and what it runs on.
Only verified detail: no invented statistics. Where a client has shared measurable results, they appear on the project page.
Problem
A wholesale business with a large catalogue and daily trade orders needed a modern ordering platform: real-time inventory, a seamless ordering experience for repeat buyers, and multi-currency support.
What we built
A Next.js storefront backed by MedusaJS, with a Node.js/Express API layer, MongoDB, Redis caching and TypeScript across the codebase. Product catalogue and images are managed from the Medusa admin panel.
Problem
Document, verify and celebrate hundreds of historic properties with heavy high-resolution photography, while keeping the site fast, filterable and easy for a non-technical team to maintain.
What we built
A custom WordPress data model: property post types with ACF schemas (year built, square footage, neighbourhood, architect attribution), AJAX-filtered directories by neighbourhood and status, a service-professional directory, an articles hub and a community portal. A minimalist, luxury aesthetic reflecting Desert Modernism, with caching and image optimisation for fast load times.
Marketing & SEO
Rank Math with custom schema for Local Business and Professional Directories, and a silo structure for neighbourhoods to capture high-intent searches for Meiselman homes and Palm Springs mid-century modern architecture.
Problem
Turn a local-service visitor into a free-inspection booking as quickly as possible, on a page that still explains services, process and credibility.
What we built
WordPress with a Hello Elementor child theme carrying custom CSS, the calculator logic and scroll-driven section transitions. The roofing cost calculator and the scroll-stacking card animation were designed and coded from scratch. Lead forms with service selection, responsive QA and performance work (external CSS, font-display swap, SVG icons, optimised hero imagery).
Problem
A Bangla-only audience ordering on phones, paying by cash on delivery or mobile wallets, who will abandon any checkout that asks them to register.
What we built
WooCommerce configured for BDT with cash on delivery and bKash/Nagad manual payment, flat-rate shipping and guest checkout; Elementor Pro theme builder templates for header, footer, product, archive, 404 and search; a custom child theme for Bangla typography and WooCommerce tweaks; Fluent Forms for contact and order tracking; FluentSMTP for order notifications; a floating WhatsApp order…
Marketing & SEO
Rank Math SEO with Bangla meta titles, Open Graph tags and schema; social profile integration and performance tuning.
Problem
Let students find the right teacher and package and book directly, while giving teachers an onboarding path and students a portal — all in WordPress, without a heavyweight LMS.
What we built
A heavily customised WordPress theme with Elementor sections, custom registration and contact modals, a member login for the student panel, filterable teacher directory and pricing pages. Built on a separate staging domain before launch.
Problem
Serve two audiences — commercial accounts and individuals — in two languages, with booking that works on a phone.
What we built
Full website architecture and development on WordPress with Elementor Pro, multilingual setup and content management, booking and contact forms, on-page SEO and speed optimisation.
Problem
Small and medium gyms need to keep running when the internet does not — check-ins, payments and memberships cannot wait for a connection.
What we built
A full-stack application (React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB) with offline-first operation and secure synchronisation to Supabase/PostgreSQL, NextAuth authentication and role-based access control.
Problem
A store template for sellers who currently take orders in Facebook comments: it had to look like a real gadget shop, load fast on cheap phones and let a buyer finish in under 30 seconds.
What we built
WordPress on a lightweight base theme with Elementor Pro theme builder templates and WooCommerce (BDT, cash on delivery plus bKash/Nagad, guest checkout, flat-rate shipping). No extra plugins; handcrafted CSS animations, sticky header and a mobile-first grid, with performance optimisation targeting a PageSpeed score close to 100.
